The house
KOLURA LLC is a Florida limited liability company. It sells original artworks, commissioned illustration services, and, when available, editions and art objects.
Original artworks
Original works are sold by written quotation and invoice following inquiry. Prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax is added where required by law. Title passes on receipt of full payment. Shipping is insured and quoted per destination. A certificate of authenticity accompanies each original work.
Condition
Every work is documented before shipment. If a work arrives damaged, write to us within five days of delivery with photographs. KOLURA will make it right, through restoration or replacement.
Refunds
Sales of original works are final. For commissioned work, the deposit is non-refundable once work begins; if a project is cancelled, completed milestones are billed and the remaining schedule is released.
Commissioned illustration
Commissions run under a written agreement per project: milestone payments, work begins after the deposit, final files are released on final payment, and three rounds of minor revisions are included. Copyright remains with KOLURA and the artist is always credited. The client receives a publishing license as set out in the agreement. Uses beyond the agreed scope require a separate license.
Payment
Bank transfer (ACH), Zelle, wire, and major cards by secure payment link. Invoices are issued by KOLURA LLC and payments appear on card statements as KOLURA.
